This pendant “Comet” won 2nd Place in the jewelry division at the 2016 Cherokee Art Market in Tulsa. It is an outstanding piece of jewelry that is the perfect pendant to wear alone or suspended on strands of heishi.

The sterling silver base is carved with overlay designs that balance perfectly with the top, bottom and each side. The same designs continue over the bale. The center disk is the comet and is filled with intricate detailed inlay of jet representing the night sky; semi-precious stones of turquoise, mother of pearl, and spiny oyster representing the planets and stars. Abraham’s attention to minute detail is amazing. This piece is perfection.
