A lovely plump turquoise with brown matrix maiden figure with jet inlaid features & dragonflies and incised corn rows on the one side. Corn Maidens, sometimes called the Grandmother of Light or Grandmother of the Sun, represent supernatural beings that give the gift of corn to the Zuni people. She is beautifully carved.
