Lyle Secatero Mountain Rain Cuff

Item Number: DR 1595
Tribal Affiliation: Navajo
Artist: Lyle Secatero
Medium: Sterling silver
Dimensions: 5 ¼” plus a gap of 1” for a total of 6 ¼”

This is a classic hand forged and hand stamped sterling silver stackable cuff.  The bracelet is heavy gauge sterling and is adorned with simple classic hand stamped symbols for water and clouds along each side. The rain clouds and water indicate abundance which comes with the rain – crops grow and produce food. There are very tiny flattened rain drops interspersed between the cloud designs running along both the outer edges of the cuff. The width varies from about 1/3″ wide at the center to 1/2″ at the terminals. The terminus ends are flattened for comfort and are hand stamped as well.

Time-less and classic with a versatile design, this cuff is so easy and comfortable to wear. Quite often these are worn on either side of a larger cuff as guard bracelets or stacked in multiples.

Condition: Excellent – original condition – new.
Provenance: Purchased from the artist.
