Description

Tommy Singer was arguably one of the most famous Native American jewelers of his time. All of his work is very distinctive, and is coveted by collectors and enthusiasts alike. He worked for years with his family creating beautiful jewelry in silver and gold with traditional patterns and designs.

This stunning classic necklace is made of graduated sterling silver beads and fifteen (15) strands of deep red Mediterranean coral. The deepest red colors are the most precious, as those come from the deepest and coldest waters of the Mediterranean. Today, deep red Mediterranean coral is almost impossible to find, as this very slow growth coral has been harvested almost completely.

There are nine sterling silver beads on each side of the necklace. Tommy has used two of the family’s signature handmade beads with 12-14 Karat gold overlaid on sterling silver depicting the mountain and sun symbols to separate the silver beads from the fifteen strands of coral. This is the perfect necklace to wear anywhere anytime – it is simple and elegant perfection.
